The Lumby Public Market opens with a bang on Saturday, May 11th 9am-1pm. The Monashee Arts Council is pleased to be sponsoring live entertainment again this year and to kick things off, Christine Kendal-Ward will captivate everyone with her beautiful voice and amazing songs and the Tribally Hipnotic belly dancing troupe will shake things up with one of their memorable performances.
“Fibernation-A world of wearable art” promises to be an exciting event that will include a fashion show on Friday, June 7th hosted by Louise Smith. Artists & artisans wishing to reserve a vendor table can apply through the Monashee Arts Council for Saturday, June 8, and Sunday, June 9.
High Tech/Red Neck Youth Art Contest
The deadline for submissions to our youth art contest has been extended to the week of May 27th
